SINGLE PHASE AC Motor reconditioning & rewinding
Single phase motors have several components that can cause them to malfunction. Unlike their 3 phase counterparts of similar horsepower they can be fairly expensive to replace. We will test the integrity of your motors windings, install new capacitors, bearings and clean/replace the start switch. If we decide the windings need a tune up, we will clean, dip & bake just to be extra sure your motor will keep working when you need it!
DC Motor reconditioning & rewinding
DC motors are everywhere, they are in our cars, trucks, boats, power tools, lawn mowers the list go’s on. In some applications like I mentioned above it can be more cost effective to replace than to repair. That’s why we offer free inspection & quotes on repairs. We pride ourselves on repairing what others cannot,
3 phase motor reconditioning & rewinding
While three phase motors are not as costly to replace as their single phase counterparts, they still require maintenance to keep them running strong! Just like single phase motors we will replace your bearings & measure to make sure the shaft & end bell are in spec. We will test the integrity of the windings. Full stator & Armature Rewinds
Well, you let the smoke out. A new motor is either too expensive, weeks out, or not available. That’s where we come in. No matter how old or how bad the windings are, we will cut the old ones out & install new. Each rewind job is different and no motor leaves our shop unless we are proud of it. Our rewind process will return your motor to OEM specifications or better!

Clean, Dip & Bake
Electric motors & Generator windings get used and abused. Over time dirt, grease, grime & moisture can build up on the stator windings. This can cause premature wear on the winding insulation. If left untreated this can cause the motor to fail. Think of this as an oil change. We will clean the dirt off the windings, dip the motor in varnish & bake in the oven to extend the life of your motor.
